  • Machine repair costs are based on the specific repair needed.
  • Repairs require a minimum of four machines to be sent for repair.

Shipping Policies:

  • SMA customers are charged a $50 shipping fee.
  • There is no charge for repairs for SMA customers, provided they include a copy of their SMA with the machine.
